To ensure the safety and effectiveness of the new therapeutic and preventive therapies before use them on a large scale in the treatment or prevention of human diseases.

1 - clinical studies will be reflected positively on the quality of health care in Saudi Arabia and
      thus the benefit of the Saudi citizen.
 
2 –conduct Bioequivalence studies to assure that the locally manufactured drugs conform to
     the requirements of Bioequivalence in the world.
 
3 - Support and improve the quality of Saudi research
 
4 - Providing the vicinity of a creative and supportive research environment to conduct
      medical research on an international scientific base.
